Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) Though, this case has been listed today for filing of reply, however, learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that interest of justice would be served, in case, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to make a representation to the respondents-Competent Authority, with regard to the issue raised in the writ petition, within three weeks from today and same be ordered to be decided by the competent Authority within some time bound period. 2.
