Das for the appellant who has prayed to extend the interim bail granted to him for another 10 (ten) days as the Annexure-16 series which is at page-25 of the petition reveals that his S.Creatinine is at 3.0 mg/dl. Page No.# 2/2 It is submitted that the petitioner has kidney issues. Although, he has been discharged from hospital, he has not completely recovered. Heard learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Mr. K. Baishya for the respondent State who has raised objection against the prayer for extension of the interim bail granted to the petitioner. Considering the submission on the ailment of the petitioner, the interim bail granted to the petitioner in connection with B.A. 2534/2025 dated 02.09.2025 is extended till 18.11.2025, within which period the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Trial Court.
