The petitioner has impugned order dated 19.09.2015 passed by the learned Sessions Judge (Anti Corruption Court) Jammu, whereby the learned Special Judge Anti Corruption, Jammu after taking note of the closure of the enquiry and submission of the petitioner for availing the appropriate remedy, had disposed of the application. Earlier no FIR was registered, which was closed by the then Vigilance Organization. 2. Confronted with such a situation, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition with a liberty to avail appropriate remedy as available under law. 3.
