2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S. Case No. 72 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 111(2)(ii), 317(2), 317(4), 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and sections 66B 66C, and 66D of I.T. Act, pending in the court of learned Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Jamtara.

On 28.11.2024, Cyber Police, Jamtara on the basis of confidential information that cyber criminals have assembled at Kalajharia and were making preparation to commit cyber offence, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended this petitioner along with co-accused persons. On search, one mobile phone was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that no person has turned up to claim that the petitioner has cheated anyone. It was further submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons namely Lalu Yadav and Parsuram Mandal have been granted bail by this court earlier.
5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is
directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Jamtara in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S. Case No. 72 of 2024.
