The statement of Ms. Avni Singh, learned counsel is taken on record who reiterates that as and when any complaint is received by the authorities, necessary action will be taken without any delay. 4. The Court also reiterates the observation made on 20.03.2025 to the effect that in case any incident of cutting of trees is brought to the notice of the respondents-authorities, the same shall be immediately looked into by the Deputy Chief Conservator of Forests and necessary action shall be taken. Any violation thereof shall be seriously viewed by the Court. 5. The Court also takes on record the action, which has been taken by the respondent-authority vide restrainment order dated 04.04.2025. The same shall be taken to its logical conclusion. 6. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to take appropriate recourse in accordance with law in case of inaction by the authorities. 7. With the aforesaid observations and liberty, the instant petition stands disposed of along with all pending applications.
