Also heard Mr. A. Bhattacharyya, the learned counsel representing the respondent Insurance Company. This application has been filed praying for a direction allowing withdrawal of 50% of the awarded amount, which is deposited in the Registry of this Court. Mr. Bhattacharyya has submitted that the Insurance Company has no objection on the prayer made by Mr. Kalita is allowed. Therefore, the claimant is allowed to withdraw 50% of the awarded amount from the Registry of this Court and the Registry shall disburse the said amount in favour of the applicant/claimant without any rider. However, an indemnity bond shall be submitted by the claimant before receiving the money. With the aforesaid direction, the present Interlocutory Application stands disposed. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
