Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:73856 Court No. - 47 Case :- CRIMINAL MISC. BAIL APPLICATION No. - 7692 of 2024 Applicant :- Sahab Singh And Another Opposite Party :- State of U.P. Counsel for Applicant :- Shashi Kumar Mishra Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A. Hon'ble Siddharth,J. Heard learned counsel for the applicants; learned AGA for the State and perused the material placed on record. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicants, Sahab Singh and Ramprakash, with a prayer to release them on bail in S.T. No.161 of 2023, Case Crime No. 251 of 2022, under Sections 302, 34 IPC, Police Station Kurra, District- Mainpuri, during pendency of trial. There are direct allegations against the applicants in the FIR, which have been supported by the statements of the witnesses recorded by the Investigating Officer. Learned counsel for the applicants has submitted that applicants have falsely been implicated in this case. Learned AGA has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the applicants. This Court, after hearing the learned counsels for the parties, does not finds any ground for enlarging the applicants on bail at this stage. The bail application is, accordingly, rejected. The trial court is directed to conclude the trial against the applicant, as expeditiously as possible, as per Section 346 B.N.S.S.
