JUDGMENT:
Today, when the matter is taken up, Ms.M.Neelima, learned counsel representing Sri G.Krishna Murthy, learned counsel for the appellants, submitted that since the appellants are not giving any instructions, they have intimated the counsel on record before the trial Court who appeared for the appellants. 2. A perusal of the earlier proceedings dated 24.06.2025 shows that the appellants are not evincing any interest in prosecuting the appeal. However, time is granted. 3. In the above circumstances, the appeal is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs.
