No. 18168 of 2024. 2. In the order under contempt, this court directed the respondents to consider the petitioner’s representation for issuance of patta in respect of the land in Survey Nos. 359/7, 359/11, and 121/F1 of Kosavampalayam Village, in accordance with law. 3. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that, in compliance with the order of this court dated 09.07.2024, the second respondent–Tahsildar has considered the petitioner’s representation and passed an order. No. 130 of 2023 is pending before the District Munsif Court, Udumalpet, further action regarding the issuance of patta will be taken based on the outcome of that suit. In view of the above submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this court finds that the directions of this Court have been complied with.
