Sarkar, learned counsel assisted by Ms. S.R. Das, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. P. Borthakur, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 2. This application filed under section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraskha Sanhita, 2023, the accused petitioners namely, Umme Hani Khatun and Sharjina Khatun, have prayed for bail in connection with South Salmara P.S. case No. 41/2025, registered under Section 61(2)/115(2)/92/3(5) of BNS, 2023. 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that three other co-accused persons were granted regular bail by this Court on 13.08.2025, after completion of investigation resulting in a charge-sheet. 4. In the given facts and circumstances, perhaps custodial trial detention of the present petitioner is not necessary at this stage. 5. Accordingly, it is directed that in the event of their arrest, the petitioners named above, shall be released on bail, in connection with the above case, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- each with one surety of like amount each to the satisfaction of the arresting authority, subject, of course, to the following conditions:- (i) They shall be available for the trial, (ii) They shall not hamper or tamper with the evidence.
