The Applicants/Defendants have complied with the order of this Court dated 01.10.2024, which was subsequently extended by an order dated 14.03.2025, directing them to deposit a sum of Rs.34,88,304/- to the credit of the above suit on or before 17.04.2025. 2. The learned counsel for the Applicants/Defendants has filed a memo dated 16.04.2025. In the said Memo, it is stated that the aforesaid amount was deposited before this Court by way of a banker's cheque dated 09.04.2025, drawn at Union Bank of India, Old Washermanpet, Chennai in favour of the Registrar General, High Court, Madras. 3. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the Applicants/Defendants, the Memo dated 16.04.2025 is taken up on record. 4.
