The learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner submits that while preparing the writ petition, being W.P.(C) No. 6606/2025, some errors were crept in inadvertently and therefore, the interlocutory application, being I.A.(Civil) No. 3953/2025, has been filed for according permission to amend the writ petition. However, during the course of deliberation, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the writ petition along with the interlocutory application, with a liberty to approach this Court again by filing appropriate petition. Accordingly, taking note of the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition along with the interlocutory application stands disposed of on withdrawal. However, liberty will remain with the Page No.# 4/4 petitioner/applicant to approach this Court again by filing appropriate petition.
