Heard Mr. R. Sharma, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Insurance Company. Also heard Mr. B. Baruah, learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos. 1 & 2. None appears for the respondent Nos. 3 & 4. 2. This is an application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, for condonation of delay of 352 days of delay in preferring connected appeal. 3. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsels for both sides. 4. Mr. Baurah, learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 1 & 2 that he has no objection if the delay is condoned. 5.
