The petitioner has been made accused in connection with POCSO Case No. 154/2023 arising out of Argora P.S. Case No. 328/2023, for the offences registered under Sections 354 of the I.P.C. and Section 8 & 12 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned A.J.C.-IV-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Ranchi. 3. The bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by co- ordinate Bench of this Case in B.A. No. 1125/2024 with the direction to expedite the trial. 4. On 31.08.2023, the petitioner had physically assaulted the daughter of the informant causing injury on her private part. 5. It was submitted that trial is under progress and three witnesses are yet to be examined. 6. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
