ORDER:
The instant Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioner seeking indulgence of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
“ ... to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ Order or orders, Direction or Direction to declaring the action of the 4th respondent in trying to dispossess and preventing from working in agriculture land in Sy.555/1 for an extent of Ac.4-07 cents and Sy. 555/8 for an extent of Ac.1- 10 cents, in Sy. No.555/9 and for an extent of Ac. 2-35 cents of total extent of extent 7-52 cents situated at Kankanampadu village, Hamlet Agraharam, Veligandla Mandal, Prakasam District is highly illegal, arbitrary, violation of Art 14,19(g),21 and 300 (A) of Constitution of India and also violation of principle of Natural Justice. and consequently direct the 4th respondent not to dispossess and not preventing from working in agriculture land of the petitioners and pass ....”

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents would submit that in the light of the interim order passed by this court on 05.06.2018, respondent NO.4 never interfered in the civil disputes pending between the parties and never tried to dispossess the petitioner from the subject land and that this court may pass appropriate orders by disposing of this Writ Petition.

3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that recording the said submission, this Writ Petition may be disposed of.
4. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
