The petitioner-workman is held entitled for a lump sum compensation of ₹1,50,000/-. 3. The aforesaid payment shall be made by the respondents within a period of eight weeks from today failing which it shall carry interest @ 9% per annum from today and the Officer(s) responsible for delay would bear the interest component.
