GP FOR ENDOWMENTS 3 The Court made the following order: When the matter is taken up for consideration today, there is no representation for the petitioner. Ms.Ujwala Devi, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Endowments, submits that the Writ Petition has become infructuous in view of the fact that the respondent-department has reinstated the petitioner into service. Taking the submissions of learned Assistant Government Pleader into consideration, since the petitioner has been reinstated into service, there remains nothing for adjudication. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infrucutous. However, if the petitioner feels that the cause still survives, he can file appropriate application within a period of two (2) months. There shall be no order as to costs.
