The present CrMP has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:- 2 “(a) That the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for all the records from the concerned authority, for kind perusal of this Hon’ble Court. (b) that, this Hon’ble Court may kindly further be pleased to quash the FIR bearing Crime No. 281/2021 dated 30.12.2021 registered at the Police Station- Ganj, Raipur, Dist- Raipur along with the charge-sheet dated 05.03.2022 and entire consequential criminal proceeding initiated against the petitioner, in the interest of justice. (c) that the Hon’ble Court be further pleased to grant such other/ consequential reliefs as may be deemed fit and proper in the interest of justice.” 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner wants to withdraw this petition as charges have been framed and he wants to take recourse to law with respect to the order of framing charge passed by the learned trial Court. 3. On the request made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Cr.MP is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file it afresh. 4. The certified copy of the annexures be returned back to the learned counsel for the petitioner after retaining the attested true copy of the same.
