COMMON ORDER:
The instant Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioners seeking indulgence of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
“... to issue a writ of mandamus declaring the proceedings of the 3rd respondent in RC.No.11560/C1/2017 dated 01.11.2017 in cancelling the earlier absorption order as illegal, improper, unjust, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and also declaring the Proceedings of the 2nd respondent in RC.No.02/TSII2/2018 dated 01.05.2018 as illegal and violative of Articles 14 and 16 of the Constitution of India and to pay salaries to the petitioners.”

Learned Assistant Government Pleader placed on record the Written Instructions dated 17.03.2025 received from the respondent No.4 along with the copy of the Memos dated 16.03.2021 and 19.03.2021 issued by the Government of Andhra Pradesh to the effect that the respondent authorities have passed orders for payment of salaries to the petitioners from the date of their initial appointment and the petitioners have received their salaries from the date of their initial joining as also the letter of Petitioner No.1 to the effect that she received salaries and that no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition. 3. Necessary portion of the Written Instructions dated 17.03.2025 read as under:
I submit that, Smt M.Kavitha, W/o C.P Dinakar Babu, aged about 53 years, Occ.
Secondary Grade Teacher, RC.M Primary School Piduguralla, Guntur District and another has filed in WP No 18451 of 2018 seeking salary payments from their initial joining date of i.e. 20-09-2017 instead of 06-11-
2019. I submit that, the petitioners filed CC.No.2104 of 2018 in WP.No.18451 of 2018, and prayed that this Hon'ble Court was pleased to

direct the respondents 1 and 2, to pay the salaries to the Petitioners in the Aided post with effect from 20-09-2017. I humbly submit that, as per the interim orders of the Hon'ble High Court in WP No.14451/2018, dated: 12-06-2018, the 1st respondent i.e. Government has issued permission orders in Memo No.ESE01- 15023/250/2018-PS SEC, dated: 16-03-2021, to pay the salaries to the petitioner from the date of initial joining i.e. 20-09-2017 instead of
06.11.2019. The same was communicated by the 2nd respondent i.e. Director of School Education, Andhra Pradesh, Amaravathi in Memo No.ESE02-18022/77/220-PS3-CSE, dated: 19-03-2021 to pay the salaries to the petitioner from the date of initial joining i.e. 20-09-2017 instead of 06- 11-2019. I submit that, as per the orders of the Government and Director of School Education, Andhra Pradesh, and the same were communicated in Rc.No.11560/A85(C1)/2017, dated: 23.4.2021 of the District Educational Officer, Guntur to the Correspondent and Mandal Educational Officer concerned to pay the salaries to the petitioners from the date of initial joining from 20-09-2017 instead of 06-11-2019. Thereafter, salaries were paid to the petitioners from the date of initial appointment, and the petitioners have received their salaries from their initial joining date of 20- 09-2017. A copy of the letter submitted by the petitioner is herewith submitted for your perusal. In view of the above, I request to appraise the said factual position of the case before the Hon'ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Amaravathi. 4. Learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that recording the said submission the Writ Petition may be disposed of. 5. In view of the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of making the interim order passed by this Court on 12.06.2018 passed in IA No.1 of 2018 as absolute. No order as to costs. Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed. 4

In view of compliance of the interim order passed by this Court on 12.06.2018 passed in IA No.1 of 2018 and in view of disposal of WP No.18451 of 2018, no further orders are necessary in this contempt case.
