The petitioner contends that the respondents while declaring award of the subject land i.e. Khasra no. 344 area 0.2640 hectare wherein his share was 0.0794 hectare have not awarded proper compensation. 2. The award indicates that acquisition was under the provisions of the National Highways Act, 1956. 3. In case the petitioner is not satisfied with the quantum awarded as compensation, it is open to him to challenge the award as per provisions of Section 3G(5) of National Highways Act, 1956. No ground is made out to examine the said issue in exercise of writ jurisdiction. The petition is disposed of with aforesaid liberty. 4.
