Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has moved a representation before the Director General of Police (Prisons), Rajasthan, with a request to transfer him from Sevar Jail, Bharatpur to Central Jail, Jaipur with a plea that his old aged mother, presently residing in Jaipur, is not in a position to meet him in Sevar Jail, Bharatpur on account of distance & her indisposition and he is also getting life threats from some other criminals. In the opinion of this Court, the facts pointed out by learned Public Prosecutor are hardly of any relevance, so far as petitioner’s request for his transfer from Sevar Jail, Bharatpur to Central Jail, Jaipur or Special Central Jail Shyalawas, Dausa, is concerned. 4. It is informed that petitioner’s representation dated 06.08.2024 for his transfer to Central Jail, Jaipur, is still pending. 5. Be that as it may. 6. The present criminal writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a fresh representation alongwith a certified copy of the order instant and a photo copy of the earlier representation dated 06.08.2024 before the Director General of Police (Prisons), Rajasthan. 7. In case, any such representation is addressed, it will be required of the Director General of Police (Prisons), Rajasthan, to consider the same empathetically and in light of the observations made herein-above within a period of one month.
