This Court is of the considered view that in the nature of the direction that was passed in the main writ petition, the issue now being raised by the petitioner is a fresh cause, for which the petitioner will have to approach the Court afresh. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that then the petitioner be given said liberty to assail said part of the order wherein arrears have been directed to be paid in installments.
