Page No.# 2/2 This application has been filed under Section 482 BNSS, 2023 praying for granting pre-arrest bail to the accused applicant, namely Bakkar Ali in connection with Baihata Chariali Police Station Case No. 162/2025 under Section 331(4)/305 of BNS, 2023. It is submitted that the petitioner has already been arrested in connection with another case. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on perusal of the case diary has submitted that there is involvement of the petitioner in the alleged offence of theft of gold jewelry, therefore, it is not a fit case for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner. Having regard to the above submissions, the prayer for pre-arrest bail is rejected. Interim pre-arrest bail granted to the petitioner on 22.09.2025 is hereby vacated.
