“.... a Writ Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 2 and 3 freezing of the account bearing No 20305403030 of State Bank of India Karamcharinagar branch belonging to the petitioner vide letter dated 25 01 2025 without any notice to the petitioner on the ground that a online fraud lead to credit of amount of Rs 37000/ on 6 1 2025 into the SB A/c No 20305403030 of State Bank of India belonging to the petitioner as illegal arbitrary and in violation of the principles of natural justice and in violation of Article 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents 2 and 3 to defreeze the A/c

2. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that only the disputed amount of Rs. 37,000/- has been frozen, and the petitioner can operate his account with the remaining amount.
