2. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for written instructions, would submit that the Police neither interfered rights of the Petitioner over the subject property Respondent Nos.6 and 7.

Sri B.Sarvotham Reddy, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that there is a civil suit in O.S.No.250 of 2025 Home, on with the nor gave possession to on the file of the Court of Principal Civil Judge (Junior Division), Adoni is pending between the Petitioner and the unofficial Respondents with regard to the subiect property. While so, the Police are interfering in the dispute and are insisting the Petitioner to handover the possession of the land to Respondent Nos.6
4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the Petitioner to work out his remedies before and 7. appropriate forum. Police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the Petitioner and Respondent Nos.6 and 7. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any. pending shall stand closed.
