1. The present petition has been filed for the following relief(s):- a)That the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the records pertaining to the case of the petitioner, in the interest of justice. b) That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent No. 3 and 4 to receive, register and decide the application dated 28.03.2025 preferred by the petitioner within stipulated time period at the earliest and correct the revenue records in name of petitioner, in the interest of justice. c) That, any other relief, which this Hon’ble Court may deemed just and fit in facts and circumstances of the case. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been against the inaction on the part of the respondent-authorities by not receiving, registering and deciding the application preferred by the petitioner under Section 109 and 110 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code 1959 for correction of land records and transferring the name of the petitioner as owner of the land purchased by her. Therefore, he prays for a direction to the respondent authorities to decide his application for insertion of her name in the land records. 3. On the other hand, learned State Counsel does not oppose to the said limited prayer. 4. Given the said submission made by the learned counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent authority to take application of the petitioner and the same shall be registered, considered and decided by the respondent-authorities in accordance with rules and regulations as expeditiously as possible. 5. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
