ORDER: Shorn of all unnecessary
facts in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, it is the specific case of the petitioner that he is the land owner and he is in the possession of the land and he has submitted F-Line applications bearing No. FSNV012500783692 dated 07.07.2025 through Mee Seva for conducting Survey, Sub-division, demarcating and fixing of boundaries of his lands in Sy.No. 730-1 & 730-2 to an extent of Ac.0-51 cents, to avoid disputes with the neighbouring land owners and the respondents authorities went on postponing the survey and when there was persistent demand by the petitioner on obstructing by neighbouring land owners and the said inaction on the part of respondents authorities in processing the F-Line application of the petitioner, the petitioner was constrained to approach this Court. 2. appearing for respondents has submitted that appropriate action will be taken on the F-Line application submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law.
3. Considering the submissions of the both the counsels for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, without going into the merits of case, the writ petition
disposed of directing concerned authorities to consider the F-Line application bearing No FSNV012500783692 dated 07.07.2025 submitted by the petitioner through Mee Seva for conducting Survey for sub-division and fixing of boundaries of the petitioner lands by issuing notice to all concerned/interested persons, and pass orders, in accordance with law, within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Lebrned counsel for the petitioner raises concerns about safety and the possibility of a brawl in completing a survey due to obstructions by the villagers (neighbouring) preventing the survey process. Hence it is urged that this Court may direct the police to provide protection enabling to facilitate smooth conduct of survey which is being conducted under the Survey and Boundaries Act. Considering the submission of the counsel for the petitioner, that the petitioner shall submit I application before the concerned Police seeking protection on the dates on* which they will conduct survey. If such an application is submitted by petitioner, the Police shall do the needful in accordance with law. are actively an
