Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. Perused the record. 3. The order dated 17.06.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.1809 of 2025 in Cr.No.417 of 2024 of GRP Police Station, passed by the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge-Special Judge for Trial of Offences under NDPS Act, Visakhapatnam, against the petitioner/Accused No.1 is hereby modified as under: i. The Petitioner/Accused No.1 shall be enlarged on bail upon execution of a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only), with two sureties for the like sum each, to the satisfaction of the learned VI Additional 3 Dr. YLR, J Crl.P.No.8609 of 2025 Dated 01.09.2025 Judicial First Class Magistrate for Railways-Cum-VI Additional Civil Judge Court, Visakhapatnam. 4.
