Hussain, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Ms. N. Das, learned Addl. P.P., Assam appearing for the State respondent. 2. This application under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed by the petitioner, namely, Pakiza Khatun @ Pakija Khatun seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Batadrava Chariali PS Case No. 112/2025 under Sections Page No.# 2/2 61(2)/316(5)/318(4)/336(3)/340(2)/3(5)/ 341(1) of BNS, 2023. 3. The case diary, as called for, has been received. 4. The allegations as contained in the FIR, in brief, pertains to commission of cyber fraud by certain persons including the husband of the present petitioner, who had been defrauding different persons by using fake bank statements. 5. It is submitted by the learned Addl. P.P. that upon perusal of the case diary, the materials available therein are against the husband of the petitioner and there is no such incriminating material against the present petitioner. 6. Having regard to the above, the prayer for pre-arrest bail is allowed. 7. Accordingly, it is provided that in the event of arrest, the petitioner, named above, shall be released on pre-arrest bail, in connection with the above noted case on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting authority, subject to the following conditions: (i) That the petitioner shall cooperate in the investigation; (ii) That the petitioner shall not try to influence the witnesses of the case. 8.
