Mr. S. P. Sharma, learned counsel for the applicants.
Mr. Deepak Bisht, learned Deputy Advocate General, assisted by Mr. Akshay Latwal, learned AGA for the State.
3. By means of instant Application under Section C-482 Cr.P.C., the applicants seek to quash the order dated 11.09.2007 and subsequent order dated 11.02.2015 as well as the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No. 204 of 2009, Sahid Ali vs. Smt. Somlata and others, under Sections 420, 120B IPC, pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rishikesh.
4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the materials available on record.
5. Mr. S.P. Sharma, learned counsel for the applicants submits that the Complaint Case No. 1220 of 2013 was dismissed by the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Rishikesh and no appeal has been filed by the complainant challenging this Order.
6. The order dated 01.12.2021 is taken on record.
7. In the aforesaid circumstances,
learned counsel for the applicant submits that since the complaint case has been dismissed for want of prosecution by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rishikesh,
2025:UHC:3844 Dehardun, present petition has become infructuous. The same is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
