Chonjon, learned senior counsel for the applicant is present before the Court physically and Mrs. Kiranmala, learned counsel for the respondents is on record. In this proceeding, the applicant has filed an application under Order 22 Rule 10A under Article 41 Rule 33 read with Section 151 of CPC whereby seeking some directions to the appellant of the RFA to bring in the records of the appeal, their names & particulars of the deceased party as appellant and the names & particular of respective legal representatives. Heard learned counsel for applicant/petitioner namely Mr. Trimalchandra Jr. to Mr. Kh. Chonjon and wherein the said counsel in this matter submitting for placing to submit and consideration of the legal statement in this application for furnishing the particulars of the LRs of the JOHN TELEN KOM Digitally signed by JOHN TELEN KOM Date: 2025.12.09 02:47:54 -08'00' 2 deceased whereas Mrs. Kiranmala, learned counsel for the respondent is on record in the aforesaid proceeding and once the particular of the deceased has been furnished, it is the duty of the counsel to bringing LR of the deceased and therefore, it is deemed appropriate that the proceeding in MC(FAO) No.1 of 2018 and whereby bringing the record of the appeal indicates as R1 and R2 has been furnished and therefore, this Miscellaneous case proceeding is hereby disposed of. In pursuant of the disposed of this proceeding, it is deemed appropriate that the concerned applicant/petitioner be directed to proceed to bringing the LR of the deceased on record as a party to the proceeding.
