Vide order dated 26.03.2025, petitioner was admitted to interim bail, in anticipation of arrest, by this Court inter alia, subject to the condition that he shall appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required. It appears from the perusal of the status report that investigation of the case is at the concluding stage. The investigating officer has got statement of the prosecutrix recorded before learned JMIC, Samba. As per the status report, applicant is attending the investigation as and when his presence was required.
