The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Special POCSO Case No. 38/2024 arising out of Hazaribagh Mufassil P.S. Case No. 92/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 452, 376(3), 506, 509 of the I.P.C. and Section 4/6 of the POCSO Act and Section 3(2)(v) & 3(1)(s) of the SC/ST Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional S.J.-III-cum- Special, Judge, POCSO Act, Hazaribagh. 3. The petitioner is alleged to have raped the informant aged about 16 years who belongs to the Scheduled Caste. 4.
