The petitioner has preferred the present petition with the following prayer :- (i) Issue a writ order or direction in nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent No.3/ Tehsildar Tehsil-Handia, District-Prayagraj complete the demarcation proceeding by stone in pursuance of order dated 19.07.2022 passed by Sub Divisional Magistrate. 2. It is argued by learned Standing Counsel that the respondent No.3/Tehsildar, Tehsil Handia District Prayagraj will do the needful in the matter expeditiously. 3. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.3/Tehsildar, Tehsil Handia District Prayagraj to do the needful in the matter pursuant to the order dated 19.07.2022 passed by the Sub Divisional Officer, Handiamost expeditiously and preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order before him, if there is no legal impediment.
