This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed by the petitioner seeking the following relief:
“to issue an appropriate writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 4th and 5th respondents in not permitting the petitioner to continue in the post as Record Assistant in Vundavilli Satyanarayana Murthy College, Ramachandrapuram, East Godavari District though the petitioner submitted the medical certificate and fitness certificate and several other representations as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently direct Respondents No.4 and 5 to Allow the petitioner to continue in the post of Record Assistant forthwith in Vundavilli Satyanarayana Murthy College, Ramachandrapuram, East Godavari District and pass such other order or orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the above circumstances of the case...”
2. Sri B. Surya Chandra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Sri N. Ravi Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in view of the subsequent events taken place in the lis, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for further adjudication and the Writ Petition has become infructuous. 3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no orders as to costs.
