Deka, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Ms. N. Bordoloi, learned counsel for the respondent No. 1 and Ms. M. Barman, learned counsel appears for the respondent No. 3, 4 & 5. On the last occasion, it was submitted that the issue raised in this writ petition are covered by the judgment & order dated 21.06.2024 passed in WP(C) No. 2700/2023. We have gone through the content of the writ petition and the order referred to. We are of the view that this issue raised in this writ petition is covered by the judgment & order dated 21.06.2024. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed on the same terms on which WP(C) No. 2700/2023 has been decided. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the judgment & order passed in WP(C) No. 2700/2023 has been taken up before the Division Bench of this Court in an appeal. It is made clear that orders passed in the Writ Appeal would also cover the case of the petitioner. Writ petition stands disposed. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
