It is seen that this matter was preferred for Mediation and the matter was registered as Mediation Case No. 27/2025, wherein, the parties have come to a settlement on 18.02.2026, on the terms that the respondent No. 4 i.e., the Deputy Commissioner and District Revenue Officer, Aizawl District, Aizawl shall withdraw and cancel the impugned show cause notice dated 23.05.2026 at this stage. Since the matter has been settled between the parties as above, this Court finds the terms of settlement reasonable and the Writ Petitions Nos. 72/2025 and 63/2025 stand disposed of on being settled through Mediation.
