This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayer;
“….Issue a Writ, Order, or Direction, particularly in the nature of Mandamus, declaring the endorsement, dated 22.07.2025 issued by the 4th Respondent as illegal, arbitrary, and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and appoint me as guardian of my wife, Mrs.

Sri Yugandar Reddy, learned counsel representing Sri Bugulu Sree Teja, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that cause in the Writ Petition does not survive and the matter has become infructuous. 3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. 4.
