The petitioner’s grievance is that his representations dated 24.06.2024 and 29.01.2024, requesting the 4*'^ respondent to mutate his name in the revenue records and to issue a Pattadar Passbook, has not been considered so far by the 4'^ respondent. The grievance of the petitioner is specifically against the 4**^ respondent. 2. The property of the petitioner is agricultural land, and based on the submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader that the property falls within the jurisdiction of Kakinada Municipality, the Commissioner has been impleaded as respondent No.3. 3. The grievance of the petitioner can be considered by respondent No.4, and appropriate orders may be passed on the representation of the petitioner dated 29.01.2024, also taking into account the F-Line application submitted by the petitioner. Necessary orders shall be passed by the 4 th respondent on the said representation of the petitioner. th respondent shall consider and pass necessary 4.
