In view of the said submission, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed. However, the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Bhimavaram, is directed to verify as to whether the petitioner/accused has served the entire sentence. If not, the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Bhimavaram, shall take appropriate steps to ensure that the petitioner/accused serves the remaining sentence awarded in S.C.No.47 of 2011 by order dated 10.06.2011.
