ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of Respondent Authorities in not allowing seamless movement of the petitioner on 27.07.2025 as violative of Articles 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct Respondent Authorities specifically Respondent No. 3 to Respondent No. 6 to make necessary arrangements and allow the petitioner along with Y Category CRPF Security Personnel, his followers and media personnel by considering the representation dated 27.07.2025 to secure the ends ofjustice.” n
2. Heard Sri Y.V.Ravi Prasad, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Sri P.V.G.Umesh Chandra, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Ms.A.Jayanthi, learned Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned Senior Counsel would submit that the Respondents - Police are deterring the Petitioner while going to his village and issued a notice under Section 171 of BNSS. Learned Senior Counsel would further submit that the representation of the Petitioner dated 27.07.2025 seeking cooperation of the Police for his peaceful visit to Karedu Village, is pending with the Respondent- Authorities. Learned Senior Counsel finally prays that the Respondent - Authorities may be directed to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 27.07.2025. 4. Learned Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit the Petitioner has been causing law and order problem and as such. several cases have been registered against him. Learned Government Pleader would further submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. **> Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
