The first respondent has filed a memo. The memo reads as follows:
“
MEMO FILED BY RESPONDENT NO.1 Respondent No.1 respectfully submits as follows: That Respondent No.1 is prepared to duly reconsider the complaint filed by the Petitioner against the Respondent No.3 bank As per the Banking Ombudsman Scheme, in this matter. WHEREFORE, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly take this memo on record and grant permission for Respondent No.1 to reconsider the complaint involved in the above Petition, in the interests of justice and equity.”
2. The first respondent is seeking permission at the hands of this Court to grant permission to reconsider the complaint preferred by the petitioner.
3. In the light of the memo so filed by the first respondent, wherein the first respondent accepts to reconsider the complaint of the complainant – petitioner, I deem it appropriate to dispose the petition with a direction to

the respondent – the Ombudsman of Reserve Bank of India to dispose the complaint of the petitioner, on its reconsideration, within four weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this
order.
