By means of the present writ petition, a direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in peaceful marital life of petitioners, has been sought. 4. By bare perusal of the instruction which carries statement, recorded by the concerned police authorities, of respondent no. 4, who completely denied in respect of any harassment by him as mentioned in the instant petition, hence there is hardly any cause of action survives to extend police protection in favour of petitioners. 5.
