Romenkumar, learned senior counsel who has been appointed as Amicus Curiae is before this Court. [3] Ms. Thanyomi Keishing, leaned State Counsel led by Mr. H. Debendra, learned senior advocate and learned Deputy Advocate General for R1, R2 and R3 and Mr. Manganglemba, learned counsel for R5 and R6 are before this Court. There is no representation for R7. [4] However, adverting to earlier proceedings, learned senior counsel appearing for the State Counsel submits that an ATR (Action Taken Report) is before this Court.
