(Oral) Applicant Abhishek is in judicial custody in Special Sessions Trial No. 35 of 2023, State Vs. Abhishek arising out of Case Crime No. 49 of 2023, under Sections 363, 376 (2) (n), 504, 506 IPC and Section 6 read with 5 (l) of the Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act, 2012, relating to the Police Station SIDCUL, District Haridwar. He has sought his release on bail. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. This is second bail application of the applicant. His first bail application was dismissed on merits on 27.02.2024. 4. Having considered, this Court is of the view that there is no new ground to enlarge the applicant on bail.
