Learned counsel appearing for the revisionists, after arguing at some length, has submitted that the revisionists want to withdraw this criminal revision. He further submits that the revisionists may be permitted to appear before the trial court and apply for bail. He has also submitted that if the revisionists prefer the bail application, the same may be considered and decided expeditiously by the trial court, in accordance with law. 2. In view of the aforesaid submissions, this criminal revision is dismissed as withdrawn. 3. However, it is provided that if the revisionists appear before the trial court and file their application for bail, the same shall be considered and decided by the trial court/ competent court expeditiously, in accordance with law.
