Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the present petition is filed to permit the petitioner to conduct the programme ‘Babu Surety Mosam Guarantee’ scheduled on 07.08.2025. Learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that previously, the respondent-authorities have rejected the permission dated 23.07.2025 for the proposed programme. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the petitioner may submit his representation for conducting the programme and the respondent authorities will consider the representation according to law. Considering the submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is permitted to make a representation to the respondent- authorities for conducting the subject programme which is scheduled on 07.08.2025 and the respondent-authorities may consider the same and take 5. 4 appropriate decision according to Governing Rules and law.
