Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submit that there is dispute in between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents. Hence, without going to the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to refer the matter to the authority under Section 76 of the Right to Fair Compensation, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, to settle the disputes in between the petitioner and 6**^ respondent It is needless to say that the matter be referred expeditiously as possible not less than two weeks from the date of receipt of the order. There shall be no order as to costs. herein. as As a sequel thereto. Interlocutory Applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
