The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking following relief: “It is therefore, prayed that the Hon'ble Court may RAHUL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by RAHUL DEWANGAN 2 kindly be pleased to allow this application and modify the order dated 14.06.2019 passed in Miscellaneous Criminal Case No. 34/2017 passed by the Family Court, Sakti District- Janjgir-Chmapa (C.G.) and award maintenance to the applicant, in the interest of justice” 4. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the matter has become infructuous as the divorce decree has been passed and permanent alimony has been awarded to the petitioner/wife by the respondent/husband. 5. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the respondent, the present petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. 6. Let a copy of this order as well as original record of this case be transmitted to the trial Court concerned forthwith for necessary information and compliance.
