In view of the fact that the aforesaid proceedings in C.C.No.58760/2018 is pending for the last seven years before the X ACJM, Bangalore, without expressing any opinion on merits / demerits of the rival contentions, I deem it just and appropriate to direct the Trial Court to dispose of the aforesaid C.C.No.58760/2018 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
